1Overview

whatleadz respects your privacy and provides you with the ability to delete your data from our systems. This page outlines the process for requesting data deletion in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and our commitment to data protection.

2Types of Data We Delete

Upon a valid deletion request, we will remove the following categories of data associated with your account or organization:

  • Account profile information (name, email, organization details).
  • Integrated WhatsApp account meta-data and tokens.
  • Captured leads, contacts, and communication history stored in whatleadz.
  • Campaign data and broadcast history.

3How to Request Deletion

You can initiate a data deletion request through one of the following methods:

In-App Settings

Navigate to your Organization Settings > General and scroll to the "Danger Zone". Use the "Delete Organization" option to remove all associated data.

Email Request

Send an email from your registered account address to our privacy team with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

4Deletion Timeline

Requests made through the app are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once data is deleted from our production servers, it may remain in our encrypted backups for up to 30 days before being permanently purged.

Request Data Deletion

By requesting data deletion, you acknowledge that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to all your leads, conversations, and organization history.
